From his days as a recognized Scholar Athlete at Philadelphia's Northeast High School to a two-time Ivy League Championship Football Player at The University of Pennsylvania, Gregory has always shown a strong motivation to achieve the best results both personally and professionally.
During his personal time, Gregory Schnee enjoys working out, lifting weights, and quality time with his wife, Gina, and daughters, Leah and Kendall. Over the years, Gregory has held stints on the Executive Board of the Philadelphia Daily News and Eagles City All Star Football Game and was the Treasurer of the Somerton United Methodist Church. He has also volunteered hours as Team Manager of Leah's Travel Soccer Team and as Assistant Coach of Leah's and Kendall's Travel Basketball Teams.

While attending Northeast High School, Greg was Captain of his Football squad and Captain of the Track and Field Team. He earned recognition on the field and was selected to Philadelphia High School All-City and Pennsylvania All-State Football Teams. As a High School senior, he was selected to particpate in the prestigious Philadelphia Daily News and Eagles City All Star Football game where he helped anchor a Defensive Line for the Philadelphia Public League on an impressive shutout victory in 1992. In the spring of that same year, Gregory helped lead Northeast High School's Track and Field team to victories and he earned Second Place finish in the Shot Put at the Philadelphia Public League Track and Field Championship. In the classroom, Gregory was member of numerous civic societies and clubs and received an individual Academic ranking among the Top 1% in academic achievement of the 1992 High School Graduation class. Among Gregory's numerous impressive Academic awards and honors, he earned the prestigious Philadelphia Mayor's Scholarship upon enrollment with The University of Pennsylvania. While attending The University of Pennsylvania, Gregory majored in International Relations and Economics with his degrees from the College of Arts and Sciences and completed his business coursework at The Wharton School of Business. Gregory's University of Pennsylvania football squad achieved record breaking wins as undefeated Ivy League Champions during the 1993 and 1994 football seasons.
Upon graduating from The University of Pennsylvania in 1996, Gregory joined the Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation (IPCC) and American Financial Group (AFG) family of companies. Gregory ascended the ranks of management and assumed the role of Assistant Vice President managing Automobile Claims operations. After IPCC, Gregory went on to found The Schnee Agency of Schnee Inc. in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Gregory was soon recognized as among the highest achieving agencies based on key performance indicators of increasing financial revenue growth and business effectiveness. Gregory has continued to achieve and decided to have an Insurance Agency that provides Insurance policies from various credible Insurance issuers, as an Independent Agency Owner. Gregory continues achieving superb results today and is ranked among the Insurance agencies locally and nationally with consistently strong Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction rates of more than 98% in Net Promoter Scores. Gregory has enhanced his Insurance industry experience with professional licenses, including certified Legal Principles Claims Specialist (previous) and is a licensed Life Insurance and Property and Casualty Insurance Professional in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
